At Scent & Memories, we ensure your bespoke fragrances reach your doorstep swiftly, safely, and seamlessly across Pakistan.

1. Nationwide Coverage & Courier Partners

We deliver to over 250+ cities, towns, and districts throughout Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Gujranwala, and Sialkot. All parcels are fulfilled through reputable, tracked courier services including PostEx, Trax Logistics, and TCS.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Order Processing & Dispatch: All orders placed before 3:00 PM are packaged and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
• Major Metropolitan Areas (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi): 2 to 3 working days.
• Other Cities & Regions: 3 to 5 working days.

3. Shipping Rates

• Standard Flat-Rate Delivery: PKR 200 across Pakistan for orders below PKR 2,800.
• Free Shipping Offer: We offer 100% Free Nationwide Delivery on all orders of PKR 2,800 or more (simply order any 2 bottles to unlock free delivery automatically).

4. Payment Methods

• Cash on Delivery (COD): No credit card or advance payment required. Simply inspect your package and pay the courier rider in cash upon doorstep delivery.

5. Order Tracking & Delivery Inquiries
