Return Policy

We craft our fragrances with premium French fragrance oils and pride ourselves on uncompromising quality. Your peace of mind and satisfaction are our highest priorities.

1. 100% Zero-Risk Transit & Damage Guarantee

Perfume bottles are delicate glass creations. While we use multi-layer shockproof protective cushioning, courier mishandling can occasionally happen.

If your bottle arrives broken, cracked, or leaking:

  • Take a quick photo or short video of the damaged bottle and packaging.
  • Send it to our WhatsApp team at +92 321 4353110 within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • You do not need to return the broken bottle. We will immediately dispatch a brand-new replacement bottle 100% free of cost within 24 hours.

2. 7-Day Scent Exchange Policy

We understand that choosing a fragrance online without smelling it in person can feel unfamiliar. To make your experience worry-free, we offer a 7-day exchange window from the date your parcel was marked delivered.

Exchange Terms:

  • If you feel the scent profile is not what you expected, you may exchange it for any other fragrance of equal value from our collection.
  • The perfume bottle must be returned in its original box and packaging. The bottle must be gently tested (no more than 2 to 3 test sprays). Bottles that have been substantially used are not eligible for exchange.
  • A nominal courier return/re-dispatch fee (PKR 250) applies for preference-based scent exchanges.

3. Simple 3-Step Exchange Process

  1. Message Us: WhatsApp our customer support team at +92 321 4353110 with your Order Number or phone number and the scent you wish to exchange for.
  2. Approval & Pickup: Our team will confirm the exchange and arrange reverse courier pickup from your address or guide you on the nearest drop-off point.
  3. Dispatch: As soon as the returned item is received and inspected, your replacement fragrance will be dispatched immediately.
